What cori is, which devices it runs on, and how you as a choir director bring your repertoire and your choir into it.

Create or join a choir and find your way around cori in a few minutes.

Sign up for cori — with email or via Google and Apple — and log in with the same account in the app and in your browser.

You pick your voice from your choir's voices when you join — separately for each choir. Here's how to set it and change it later.

The overview of which cori features exist in the browser and which in the mobile app — and what each is better suited to.

Download cori for iOS and Android, sign in and grant the permissions it needs.

Install the web app as a standalone window on your desktop or tablet — with its own icon and no address bar.

What's on the choir page — member list, settings, invitation link and, in the app, subscription status and the Drive.

Choir voices, default appointment confirmation, shared annotations, name and description — where the settings live, who's allowed to change them and how you save.

Sing in more than one choir with a single account: where the choir switcher sits, what applies per choir, and what carries across all of them.

Leave a choir yourself — what happens to your data and why cori won't let the last person in charge go.

Delete the choir for good — who's allowed to, why an active subscription has to be cancelled first, and what gets lost in the process.

Invite singers with a link or join code and manage roles and voice pitches.

How the list is organised by voice parts, what details are shown for each member and what's behind the ⋮ menu.

Correct or assign voice pitches — and why the right voice decides what someone gets to hear.

Taking singers out of the choir — who's allowed to, what happens when you do, and what it means for billing.

Choir director, admin and member — who's allowed to do what in cori, and why admin rights mean more than you'd think.

Make members admins and take the rights away again — and what admins in cori are actually allowed to do.

Handing leadership of the choir to another member — what changes as a result and why you can't simply take it back.

Open a song, play the voice tracks, and use the practice controls.

Understand cori's two ways to work with a song and when to use each.

Balance the voice tracks of a song and pan your own part with stereo control.

Decide in the app which voices sound by default, what the next button does, and whether the mixer uses stereo panning.

How the song creator works: upload existing recordings, import a score file or start with sheet music only, then add lyrics and chapters.

Record practice recordings right in the cori app: with a recording guide, a note check, a multi-track editor and effects.

Add synced lyrics and choreography videos to make songs easier to learn.

Open a song's score, turn pages, zoom, and switch between the member and conductor sheets.

Mark up your sheets with private or shared notes, and share them within your voice.

Keep time with the metronome and check notes with the on-screen piano while reading sheets.

Add rehearsals and events to your choir calendar, including recurring appointments.

Set up weekly rehearsals as a series instead of one appointment at a time: pattern, interval, end date and how to change a series later.

Move or adjust one rehearsal without touching the whole series — and what happens to the responses along the way.

Cancel a rehearsal or performance instead of deleting it: it stays visible in the calendar, everyone is notified, and the cancellation can be undone.

What the four appointment types are for, which colour each one has in the web calendar and why the colour means something else in the app.

Add a rehearsal location to the map so everyone can find it and start directions with a single tap.

Tell your choir whether you're coming to a rehearsal, and let the leadership see who's in.

Preset how members respond to new appointments by default — accept, decline or uncertain — as a choir setting or per appointment.

As a manager on the web, see who showed up how often — filtered by period, appointment type and voice — and export the list as a CSV for your choir's records.

Create group chats, direct messages and surveys to keep your choir up to date.

Choir-wide chats, automatic voice chats and custom groups — who creates them, who manages them and who's allowed to write.

Run a quick vote in a chat — options, multiple answers, closing date, results and who's allowed to close a survey.

Store and share your choir's files – PDFs, recordings and documents – in one central place, on the web and in the app.

Get sheet music, recordings and documents into your choir's Files — on the web and in the app.

Structure the Drive with folders so everyone can find your sheet music and recordings again.

Tidying up in the Drive — one at a time, or several files and folders at once.

Get deleted files and folders back — or remove them for good to free up storage.

Create a share link to a file or folder — even for people without a cori account.

Decide whether all members or only admins can see a file in the Drive.

The overview: the learning path at the heart of it, plus sing-along, audio analysis and challenges — and which of those work in the browser and in the app.

How the training path is built: shared first steps, then three branches with units and steps — and how you unlock it step by step.

Which settings affect the exercises – and which ones deliberately don't exist.

The three branches of the learning path compared: what each one trains, the order things unlock in, and where you need a microphone.

From the first question to the reward: task types, score, stars and which XP gets credited at the end.

Use the quick test to skip a whole unit of the learning path: how many questions, how many mistakes are allowed, what you get for it, and what happens if you don't pass.

Use real-time pitch feedback to practise your part and warm up with exercises.

Use the vocal range test to find out which notes you can sing confidently.

See your pitch in real time on a staff while you sing.

The two measurements the training builds on: your vocal range and your personal tap offset — what they're for and when cori suggests a fresh one.

Use the built-in piano and metronome independently of any sheet music.

How you collect experience points in cori, move up and what the ranks mean.

How streaks come about, what keeps them going, and when they break.

How Streak Shields automatically catch a practice day you've missed.

XP, levels, ranks, badges and streaks — what each reward means, what it's for and where to find it.

Issuing free tickets in cori Tickets and what they do to your inventory and seat map — plus how a refund works and what happens to the fee, the ticket and the seat.

Give scanner links to your door staff, install the scanner on a phone, scan offline — and what to do about a ticket that's been scanned twice.

The most common sign-in problems in cori — wrong password, an account created with Google or Apple, a typo in the address — and how to work through them one by one.

Why cori rejects a join link — expired, copied incompletely or you're already in — and how the choir leadership quickly provides a valid one.

When playback or exercises stay silent in cori — from device volume to the mixer to playback in the browser, step by step to the cause.

When exercises can't hear your voice — grant microphone permission, choose the right input device and run the calibration cleanly.
