Choir management software

Choir management that gives you the rehearsal back

Rehearsal dates, attendance, sheet music, recordings and announcements in one place. Singers see exactly what they need, and nothing is maintained twice.

Up and running in minutes. Servers in Germany, GDPR compliant.

Choir management that gives you the rehearsal back

The work is rarely the singing

Between rehearsals a choir runs on spreadsheets, group chats and mail threads that know nothing about each other. That patchwork is where the evenings go.

Attendance in a spreadsheet

Who is coming to the dress rehearsal? The answer is in three chat threads and a list someone types up afterwards.

Sheet music in an email attachment

Only the people who found the right email have the current version. New members start from nothing.

Recordings passed around by hand

Last Tuesday's sectional is on somebody's phone and never reaches the people who need it.

Six tools become one

The jobs stay the same. They just stop living in six places that someone has to reconcile by hand.

A repertoire that carries everything

Every song in cori carries what the choir needs for it: sheet music, practice recordings per voice and the choreography. Open a piece and you get the current state, not the version from an old email.

  • Multitrack audio editor: record and cut practice tracks right in the app

  • Choreography videos per voice for moves and performances

  • Sheet music annotations that sync to a voice part or the whole choir

A repertoire that carries everything

Rehearsal planning that keeps itself up to date

Set the weekly rehearsal up once, including the exceptions and the extra calls. Everyone sees the next date with time and place, and a change reaches the whole choir straight away.

  • Recurring dates with one-off exceptions

  • Concerts, extra rehearsals and socials in the same calendar

  • The setlist attached to the date, so nobody wonders what you are rehearsing

Attendance without chasing anyone

People accept or decline in the app, with a reason if they want to give one. You can see how each voice part is covered and plan the rehearsal around it.

  • Responses per date and per voice part

  • A picture of the whole season, not one evening at a time

  • Export for your committee and funding applications

Attendance without chasing anyone

Shared files everyone can actually find

The repertoire already carries the music and recordings; the shared files cover everything else: folders for the paperwork, open to the whole choir.

  • Bylaws, minutes and concert plans in one place

  • Share any file straight into the choir chat

  • Anyone who joins is immediately as up to date as everybody else

Shared files everyone can actually find

Announcements that land

What matters goes in the choir chat instead of a group that also carries holiday photos. Anyone who missed a rehearsal can read back what was decided.

  • One channel for the whole choir

  • Messages stay findable instead of scrolling away

  • No need to share private phone numbers

  • Push notifications so nothing slips through

Anna

Choir director

Thursday's rehearsal moves to the parish hall. We start with the Kyrie, bring the Mozart.

Thanks! See you Thursday.

Practice happens between rehearsals

You can set practice goals, say a passage five times a week. The choir sees the shared progress, and you see where it is still not landing.

  • Weekly goals for individual pieces

  • Progress visible to the whole choir

  • Per-voice practice recordings right next to them

Practice happens between rehearsals

Everything a choir season needs

Beyond the big five, cori covers the long tail of choir life, so nothing extra has to be bolted on later.

Members and roles

Voice parts, contact details and manager rights in one register that stays current.

Setlists and repertoire

Build the programme per concert and rehearse from the same list everyone sees.

Voice-part recordings

Practice tracks for every voice, with a balance each singer controls.

Sheet music in the app

PDFs open right in cori, in the rehearsal room and on stage.

Streaks and challenges

Small nudges that keep practice going between rehearsals.

Concert tickets

Sell tickets for your concerts with cori Tickets, from the same account.

Several choirs, one login

Switch between ensembles and projects without signing out.

Works offline

Music and downloads stay available when the rehearsal room has no signal.

GDPR by default

Servers in Germany, full export, and your members' data stays yours.

And much more.

One app, three jobs

Directors, committees and singers look at the same choir and each see the part that is theirs.

For choir directors

Plan the music, not the logistics: who is coming, what is on, and where practice stands.

  • Voice-part coverage before every rehearsal

  • The setlist attached to every date

  • Practice progress per piece

For committees and treasurers

The paperwork side: a clean register, attendance records and pricing that scales with the choir.

  • A member list that keeps itself current

  • Attendance export for grants and annual meetings

  • Fair per-member pricing

For singers

One place to look and practice: the next date, the right music and the recording for your part. Singers who practice with cori come to rehearsal prepared, and whoever misses one catches up on the music at home.

  • Accept or decline in two taps

  • Your part's recordings, also offline

  • Streaks that make practice a habit

What changes in the first month

Less admin

Replies, lists, and sheet music mostly take care of themselves.

More music

Real practice happens between rehearsals, and you can hear it.

Without cori
  • Chasing replies across three chats before every concert

  • Resending the same PDF because nobody can find the mail

  • Typing up the attendance list again after the rehearsal

  • Answering “when is it again?” a dozen times a week

  • Miss a rehearsal and you fall behind

With cori
  • Replies arrive by themselves, sorted by voice part

  • One music library that is current for everyone

  • Attendance records itself as people respond

  • The calendar answers before anyone has to ask

  • Whoever misses a rehearsal catches up at home

Set up within one rehearsal

There is no project plan. Most choirs are done before the warm-up.

  1. 1
    Create the choir

Name, voice parts, done. It takes two minutes.

  2. 2
    Invite the members

One link goes to your mailing list. People join themselves, so you never add anyone by hand.

  3. 3
    Add the first date

Put the next rehearsal in, attach the setlist, and from there the calendar largely maintains itself.
